When compared to 250 U.S. cities, Vancouver was ranked No. 2 for best cities for freelance workers, according to a study from neighborhoods.com.
The study looked at five metrics, including median rent, average internet speed, number of coffee shops per capita, income tax and ease of transportation.
Spokane was ranked No. 1 and beat Vancouver because of its median rent, $903. Vancouver’s median rent was marked at $1,327.
