WASHOUGAL — A road closure on Northeast Blair Road north of Washougal has been extended for 10 days so crews can complete the road project.
Contractor crews working for Clark County Public Works closed the road near its intersection with Northeast Zeek Road on July 26. The closure was necessary so crews could stabilize soil and make other improvements.
The road originally was scheduled to reopen today, but wet weather has delayed the work.
Residents along Northeast Blair Road will continue to have access. A signed detour will remain in place during the closure directing other drivers around the closure.
Drivers should continue to expect intermittent delays during the closure.
