Pups play in Vancouver pop-up, off-leash park

Vancouver Parks and Recreation is hosting its Barks in the Parks program at Bagley Community Park until Aug. 10 and will reopen at David Douglas Park from Aug. 12-27. The parks are open 4 to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Saturday and Sunday.
