Missing Fourth Plain Village man found, is safe

UPDATE: Benjamin Harm has been located and is safe.

Police are searching for a man who has been missing since Saturday after last being seen at his residence in Vancouver’s Fourth Plain Village neighborhood.

Benjamin T. Harm, 37, went missing from the 3400 block of East 29th Street, according to a Vancouver police news release. Harm is known to frequent Fred Meyer stores in Battle Ground and Grand Central Retail Center, as well as locations on Fourth Plain Boulevard and Clark College.

He is described as a white male, 5 feet, 8 inches tall, 180 pounds with brown hair, blue eyes and a beard. Harm was last seen wearing a gray zip-up hoodie and blue jeans. He has diminished mental capacity and also takes medication, the news release says.

Anyone with information about Harm’s whereabouts is asked to call 911.
