The business is one of many seeking to scratch revelers’ pyrotechnic itches, as the good-natured trash talking from a neighboring fireworks retailer shows. Fireworks are illegal in Vancouver, but they can be discharged in areas outside Vancouver at different times. Times and rules can be found online at clark.wa.gov/community-development/fireworks.
