A crash on northbound Interstate 5 in Vancouver is slowing traffic for miles.
The Washington State Department of Transportation first reported the crash near Milepost 3 shortly before 4 p.m.
The department reported about 30 minutes later that the crash was still blocking the left and center lanes of northbound traffic.
Maps show traffic slowing well into Portland.
Officials said commuters should expect delays.
