Incarcerated women work with Washington School for the Blind in Vancouver to transcribe Braille

For almost 30 years, incarcerated women in Washington have been part of a program that transcribes documents, pamphlets, business cards, textbooks, novels, music, signs and menus — even the Oregon Voter Guide — into Braille.
