Thousands in Clark County uncertain about health care costs as government reopens without tax credit extension

The cost of health care for about 17,500 Clark County residents remains uncertain after the U.S. government reopened Thursday without a deal to extend expiring federal tax credits that offset the cost of premiums on some Affordable Care Act plans.
