Vancouver mayor, councilor, city manager, others to travel to Joyo, Japan for 30th anniversary of sister city partnership

Vancouver city officials, staff and other local dignitaries will fly to Joyo, Japan, on Wednesday to help celebrate the 30th anniversary of the Vancouver-Joyo sister city partnership.
