Candlelight vigil set in Esther Short Park for annual event to honor homicide victims

The National Women’s Coalition Against Violence & Exploitation will host a candlelight vigil from 6 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday at Vancouver’s Esther Short Park to honor victims of homicide and violence.
