A jury Wednesday convicted a Bellingham man of vehicular homicide and hit-and-run resulting in death for a July 9, 2024, crash that killed a man in the parking lot of LeRoy Haagen Memorial Park in east Vancouver. Jurors, however, could not agree on a charge of second-degree murder, resulting in a mistrial on the charge.
