Clark County Medical Examiner’s Office ID’s driver in hit-run crash that injured 10 people

Officials Wednesday identified a 25-year-old Vancouver man as the driver involved in an Aug. 6 hit-and-run crash in east Vancouver that injured at least 10 people.
