The light rain arrived right on schedule as a weak cold front moved through Clark County early Wednesday morning. Rainfall amounts as of noon were between two-tenths and a quarter-inch in many parts of the local area. Officially 0.17 of an inch had accumulated in the rain gauge in Vancouver with light rain and drizzle still falling at the noon hour.
