Vancouver’s incoming police chief, Troy Price, will be sworn into his new position at 3 p.m. Monday in the council chambers at Vancouver City Hall, 415 W. Sixth St. The community is invited to attend the ceremony and a reception afterward in the Aspen Conference Room.
